habe an meinem OSS 11.1 64 Bit Rechner eine

Genius DVB-T Tuner - TVGo DVB-T02PRO.

Diese wird weder erkannt, noch kann ich sie unter den Programmen zum fernsehen nutzen. Hat jemand einen Tip oder eine gute Wiki für mich?

Hi =)

Erstmal sorry für meine Abwesenheit trotz Eurer freundlichen Hilfe, hatte persönliches umme Ohren ^^ Ok, zum Thema:




Mittlerweile habe ich es geschafft, daß der Stick im Yast unter Tv Karte richtig erkannt wird. Mittlerweile ist mir die Installation sowie Aktivierung im Runleveleditor gelungen.

Die folgenden Pakete (+ abhängige) habe ich noch installiert:

  • dvb
    dvbtune
    me-tv
    v4l-dvb
    v4l-dvb-kmp-default
    aletv
    kde-tv
    kde-tv-lang
    v4l-conf
    v4l-tools
    yast2-tv

Der Stick, der mittlerweile wie gesagt erkannt wird, findet keine Sender. Unter der Sendersuche unter Yast wird mir gesagt, es sei kein passender Tuner vorhanden...

Probiere es mal mit Kaffeine. Yast hat bei mir auch keine Sender gefunden, Kaffeine sehr wohl.
Evtl. wird für den Stick ja auch noch eine Firmware benötigt.

Bei Kaffeine ist der Button "Suchlauf starten" ausgegraut. Also ist er disabled...

Brauche ich da event ne Art Kaffeine- Tuner- PlugIn ? :schockiert: :D

also, mein USB- Stick wurde ja wie folgt erkannt:

Daten aus Yast -> TV Karte
Genius TVGO AM11MCE
Als TV-Karte Nummer 0 konfiguriert
Treiber saa7134

Basic instructions for getting your tuner properly detected:
If your tuner is not detected correctly (you get a black screen, let's say), try inserting the v4l kernel driver with a tuner parameter, for instance:

modprobe bttv tuner=41

This can also be added to the list of modules loaded on boot, sometimes /etc/modules:

saa7134 card=2 tuner=17 oss=1

If you still don't get a picture, ask for help on the linux-media mailing list ... (you may also wish to search within the V4L mailing list archives for related information).

Das scheint ja Problem zu treffen und zufällig auch geht es anscheinend um den gleichen Treiber, wie er auch bei mir verwendet wird -> saa7134

Bedenklich finde ich nur, daß in dem Code, den man ausführen soll, von
die Rede ist, denn ich habe einen USB- Stick und keine PCI oder PCMCIA Karte...

Kann ich das ohne Bedenken ausführen, zumal mein Englisch auch mal besser war...

Naja, erkannt und konfiguriert wurde ja auch als TV-Karte 0 und nicht als TV-Stick 0 ;) .
Würde ich mal so nehmen.
Bedenklich finde ich nur, daß in dem Code, den man ausführen soll
Du sollst keinen Code ausführen sondern den Eintrag
Code:
saa7134 card=2 tuner=17 oss=1
per Editor Deiner Wahl in die angegebene Datei einfügen.
Danach Booten nicht vergessen, habe die Erfahrung gemacht das dies besser ist als ein Aufruf von modprobe, obwohl der theoretisch reichen sollte.

Ich kenne mich mit den DVB dingern wieder nicht so gut aus.... aber man könnte die Ausgabe von dmesg beobachten, wärend der Dongel ans System angeschlossen wird.

Also abstecken, anstecken und beispielsweise:

Bevor wir uns jetzt weiter in die Materie einwühlen, ist sichergestellt das der Stick ein ausreichendes Antennensignal bekommt ? Ich habe da so einige Erfahrungen machen müssen....

Ja, denke schon. Also der Stick ist an an einer Thomson DVB Heimkinoantenne angeschlossen, über die auch der DVB- Reciever des TVs versorgt wird. Da ist der Empfang bestens. Unter Windows ging der Empfang auf diese Art ja auch
